Concert and performance hall

Concert and performance hall, was established in 2021 on the initiative of the Group, with the Fiducia Foundation as the tenant and operator. It is a world-class commercial concert and performance hall in the centre of Bielsko-Biała, designed by top acoustic specialists. The building includes a recording studio and a concert hall for 1,000 people, which will also be able to host conferences, congresses and meetings. The concert hall has the most advanced immersive sound system in this part of Europe, which no other concert hall in Poland has, and this is expected to contribute to the commercial success of the project. It should be noted that the Cavatina Concert Hall meets the needs of people with disabilities. The hall in Bielsko-Biała is the first of its kind in Poland to be fully adapted to the needs of the blind and visually impaired. The concert hall, foyer, lifts, toilets, seats and corridors are equipped with track guides, convex seat markings and other devices that enable people with these disabilities to navigate efficiently without the need for guides.

The Cavatina Hall is the first hall to be so well adapted to the needs of blind people and will certainly be their first choice when it comes to attending concerts. Blind and visually impaired people represent a significant number of concert goers, and the lack of adaptation of concert halls to their needs has been one of the main barriers to their participation in cultural life.

Recording Studio for Young Talents

As a complement to the modern concert hall, the non-profit, modernly equipped „Cavatina Studio” in Bielsko-Biała enables young, unknown artists who want to make a name for themselves on the music market, but do not have sufficient funds, to professionally record their own single.

CAVATINA STUDIO – is a complex of spacious, acoustically varied rooms for recording. It is a comfortable director’s studio equipped with the most advanced technological solutions, as well as one of the largest live rooms in this part of Europe, with an area of almost 130 square metres and a view of the Beskidy Mountains. Since its inception, the studio has hosted hundreds of artists from all over Poland and beyond. The results of this cooperation include their own music releases, music videos and live session recordings.

Revitalising the centre of Bielsko-Biała

This is an initiative to redevelop the city centre and fund design and research work. The Group’s architects, in cooperation with the Department of Urban and Spatial Planning of the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology, have developed a conceptual project for the redevelopment of the historic centre of Bielsko-Bia³a. The aim of the project is to transform Maja 3/Zamkowa Street – currently a transit road cutting through the centre of the city – into a city promenade, to transform the area of Wojska Polskiego Square (the former market square in Bielsko-Biała) into a representative city square, and to reconstruct the quarter buildings on Cyniarska and Mostowa Streets. Cyniarska and Mostowa Streets. The project is based on a multi-faceted analysis of traffic, public transport, accessibility, greenery, historical conditions, building structure and urban composition. The project is an expression of the Group’s concern for public space and modern urban planning.

Think Tank for Education

The Holistic Think Tank, which operates as part of the Fiducia Foundation, is also based in the modern Cavatina Hall office building, which is funded by the Group. The team of experts is focused on implementing change in education, analysing the latest developments in educational science and practice, and conducting its own empirical research in school settings. The aim is to promote a new way of thinking about education and provide schools with cutting-edge solutions, develop a new interdisciplinary subject and design an appropriate, compliant textbook.

Szlachetna Paczka

Participation in a nationwide social project organised by the Wiosna Association, whose main aim is to helping families and individuals in difficult life situations. Each year, the Group’s employees prepare two large parcels for needy families or single people. In addition, Cavatina supports the project by buying food and drinks for the volunteers who work during the final event, known as the „Weekend of Miracles”.

Cavatina Bike Club

The Cavatina Bike Club was founded as an initiative aimed primarily at integrating, developing and promoting initiatives to promote cycling, including mountain biking, and a healthy lifestyle. As part of its activities, CBC organises cycling tours and rallies for its members, who are employees and collaborators of the Cavatina Group, with the aim of promoting physical culture, sport and the development of cycling tourism. Cavatina supports the maintenance of enduro trails during MTB competitions held in Bielsko-Bia³a, such as the Gold Qualifier of the EWS Enduro World Series. The Bielsko-Biała Enduro Trails are a network of one-way cycling routes or so-called singletracks. These popular mountain bike routes are twisty, narrow and hilly, with varying degrees of difficulty, from gently descending easier routes to steep and technical descents. Cavatina also supports the maintenance of the local cycling centre through the annual maintenance and reconstruction of the trails.
