The Equal Business Park office complex comprises four A-class office buildings with a total rental area over 60,000 sqm, located in Cracow’s Podgórze district at Wielicka Street 28. The fourth phase of the project – Equal D -was completed in 2021, providing a total of over 11,000 m² of modern office and commercial space.

The Equal Business Park complex stands out for its unique architecture, which in 2016 was awarded the title of Best Office Building in the capital of Lesser Poland in the “Cracow’s Asset” voting organised by the City Hall.
